Hi, I’m Danielle 33, I live in Oxfordshire with my husband Carl. We have been together 5 years, married in March 2017. We have a beautiful daughter Sienna 2 and I am currently pregnant with our second child, due July 2018. At what should have been a very exciting time in our lives was quickly turned into a nightmare in the blink of an eye.

In March 2018 at 21 weeks pregnant, I was given the devastating news that I had breast cancer.

I couldn’t believe I was hearing those dreaded words ‘Its not good news, you have cancer’ especially after loosing my first husband, Sean, to the awful disease back in April 2007. My diagnosis was too close to home, I had fought the battle with Sean for 2 years, and now me!

But it’s not all doom and gloom, the tumour was found early and I am being well looked after by the NHS. I have a long road ahead of me, along with being pregnant, but with the support of my family and friends I will come out the other side.

We are still very excited about welcoming baby number 2 into the world soon.
